The name Roots pays homage to the family's Greek heritage. While Roots is not a Greek restaurant, the menu will borrow Mediterranean influences via fish and seafood dishes, flatbreads and side dishes such as a Greek lemon potato dish and a beets and greens.
Diners will encounter a menu of organic rotisserie chicken, flatbread pizzas and fresh seafood, for both takeout and sit-down meals. Fifteen craft beers will be on tap along with growler refills.
